A Mini-Review of the Lenovo V530s-07ICR

Thought we’d start posting a few ‘mini-reviews’, as we think they’re helpful when making a buying decision.

First up for our mini-reviews is the Lenovo V530S-07ICR, which is a Business Desktop Computer. It’s aimed at businesses as it has power user performance, along with Windows 10 Professional, but this of course would also be perfectly fine to use at home.

The basic specifications of this computer are an Intel i5 Processor, which is 9th Generation (for you generation fans). Alongside that, it has 8GB of RAM (memory to muggles), and a superb 256GB NVMe SSD hard drive. This overall spec, is really, really good – with it easily dealing with most day-to-day tasks without any fuss at all.

Connectivity and accessories on this computer are impressive. On the front of the computer, we have 4 USB Ports, a DVD Drive, SD Card Reader, and Microphone/Headphone jacks. On the rear it excels, with Display Port, HDMI, and VGA options for your screens. There’s a serial port (why?), and yet more USB ports and an Ethernet network connection as well.

This is all packaged together in a nice Small Form Factor case, which is both easy on the eye and light. Add in the price (at time of writing) of around £470, and this is more of a winner than a chicken dinner! Highly recommended!
