Microsoft Office 365

Office 365 Services & Support

Make your business more productive with Office 365

As Microsoft Office 365 Champions, we love seeing businesses grow and collaborate when they fully use Office 365. Office 365 keeps your business compliant with data protection, and for those of you working towards Cyber Essentials, it helps towards this certification. From Sharepoint to One Drive, there is a solution for your business.

Reliable and secure business email

Using Office 365 to host your business email gives you a reliable cloud-based email system, that can be accessed from any device, without any hassle. Thanks to the infrastructure that Microsoft has in place, you don’t need to worry about redundancy and connectivity. We’ll help set you up and support you, as and when you need it.

Share Files using Sharepoint and One Drive

With Office 365 your business can share files between employees and people outside your organisation, without the need for a server. You can easily access your files, no matter where you’re working from and have secure folders which only certain people can access, perfect for departments or sensitive data. If you’re still emailing files to each other, well, perhaps we need to have a chat?

Setup a Wiki-style library for your business processes and documentation

We’re sure you’ve visited Wikipedia for something or other, at some point. With Office 365, you can create a similar site, which is private and just for your business to access. This is great for guides, employee documentation and other useful information.

One place to check who’s on holiday, one ring to rule them all

As your business grows, it might become time-consuming to check through everyone’s calendar to find out where everyone is on a given day. With Office 365, you can have one central team calendar, for the important things. This might be holidays, sickness and those important out-of-office appointments.

Use the latest Microsoft Office (and more)

With the right license in Office 365, you can download and install all of the Microsoft Office suite of software onto your computer. There are the usual suspects such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, but there are also other software applications which you might benefit from, such as Access, Publisher and Forms.

And of course, using Teams for calls and online meetings

Ok, so this is more than obvious in this day and age, so it’s more of a reminder that if you have Office 365, you can get the full version of Microsoft Teams and not only do video meetings, but you can link it to a phone system and use it for instant messaging.

You’ll still need to think about a backup…

Whilst Office 365 is a Cloud-based service, you still need to back it up. Backing up Office 365 protects you from Malware attacks and allows you to restore deleted files from up to seven years ago. You can find out more about backing up Office 365 here.
