Areas we cover for IT Support

We wanted to bring some clarity to the services and areas we cover for all things IT Support and Office 365 services.

We’re based in Redditch, Worcestershire and from our base at Lucid Towers we cover a radius of around thirty miles. There’s something nice about being able to quickly pop out and see people, when you need or on the rare occasion that remote support tools aren’t working.

The core areas and towns that we cover for our all-inclusive IT Support, Maintenance and Backup are:

Whilst this list is by no means definitive, it gives you an idea of the geographic areas we cover for onsite, in-person, IT support services.

Remote Support and 365 Services across the UK

If you’re after remote IT support only, along with some Microsoft Office 365 services, then we provide you with these services.

As long as we’re all in agreement that we do not/will not be able to attend your offices at the drop of a hat, and you’re happy with a remote IT support service only, then we’d love to work with you as your IT partner.
