Price Increases | April 2023
I think we just get straight to the point here. The cost of supplying Microsoft services, Cyber Security and Backup software is all increasing.
As of 1st April 2023, Microsoft has rolled out a 9% increase to every single product and service they produce. This includes what we’re heavily involved with, the Office 365 family of products.
You can read the official press release from Microsoft about this here.
The company we partner with for all things Cyber Security and Backups are also increasing the cost to us to purchase their products by 10%, which you can read about here.
We’re also subject to price rises from our supplier of broadband services, which is a smaller rise than that of Microsoft, but a rise never the less.
With these increased costs to simply get hold of the products, and our general overheads increasing (for example the utility charges on our office), we simply have to increase our charges.
If you’re a customer of ours, you will be contacted by us outlining the changes to you (it’s not our style just to do a public announcement and leave it at that).
Why has the charging of some services increased more than the above rates?
As mentioned above, it’s not just the products and services, our general overheads have increased. It costs more for us to provide the best IT Support service in Worcestershire (as per Google Reviews) when you need help or assistance with the products and services that you use.
I’d like to take the opportunity to thank our existing customers for their continued business and support.
