Meet the people delivering the very best customer experience…
The Lucid team works hard every day to deliver the very best customer experience. The team is engrained in our focus on response times and over-communicating in everything we do. Our team are real people… there’s no AI trickery or Chat Bots here, they are well-trained and highly experienced people, who know how to work well with others.
Gavin
Gavin is our chief operator, ensuring everything is well-oiled and working optimally. Gavin is a Dad of two, loves small pets and enjoys playing 6-a-side football.
Jordan
Jordan works through support, carries out installations and contributes to our project work. Whilst he may tell you otherwise, he has a secret passion for 80s music.
Krystian
Krystian is our lead Tech, from networking to Office 365 migrations, he spends most of his time on the more advanced tasks. Star Wars fan (compulsory).
April
April looks after our finances and administration, and everything else in between. For some reason, she is a big fan of Smooth Radio. We don’t hold that against her.
